It's amazing what a difference the right tools make!

Fit: I usually wear a large when gloves are labeled for women. For these I ordered a medium, and the fit is perfect!

I have a big mess of Scotch roses in my yard that I've been dreading taking care of because the thorns just seem to snag *everything*. Finally I looked into getting a decent pair of gloves, and after hearing that goatskin was puncture-resistant I decided to give these a try.
Boy, what a difference they make! I've had no problem reaching into the thorny branches, and I can just focus on cutting where I need to without worrying about being scratched or snagged! I still don't think I'd try to grab and yank on anything covered with thorns, but that's not something I need to do. I've got a tangle of black raspberries to tackle next, and I'm looking forward to using my gloves again!

These gloves are wonderful! They are large enough for my long fingers as well as wide enough to enable me to make a comfortable fist when grasping vines. I will buy these for my sister - she'll love them as well!

Protection!

I have struggles with all kinds of gloves during rose pruning - my least favorite task. I always get shredded skin and clothes. These fit well (and my long nails don't poke through). They reach far enough up my arms that I am pretty well protected and they are supple enough to do the job. Glad I tried them. Highly recommend them.

She did not like them

The Suede Gauntlet Sleeves did not fit her. She has large forearms do to surgery and I forgot to measure them. I only used the size of some gloves that fit but did not account for the forearms.
